The designer will utilize their specialized platform to transform property photos into visually appealing interior designs. Performance Objectives

• Initial Onboarding and Training (First 2 Weeks): Successfully complete the onboarding process, including comprehensive training on their staging platform, tools, and design guidelines. Begin by shadowing senior designers to understand workflow and project requirements.
• Proficiency Development (First Month): Achieve full proficiency in using all digital design tools and the company\'s platform. Independently handle all assigned small-scale projects daily, focusing on maintaining quality and adhering to the project turnaround time.
• Volume and Quality Management (First 90 Days): Consistently handle 20-30 projects per hour while meeting or exceeding design quality benchmarks. Demonstrate improvement in time management, reducing design completion time without compromising the quality.
• Process Optimization and Team Collaboration (First 180 Days): Collaborate with team members to refine design processes and introduce at least one innovative design approach or tool adaptation. Assist in training new designers based on insights gained from hands-on experience.
• Leadership and Innovation (First Year): Lead test of a new feature or enhancement in the staging platform, aiming to increase efficiency or expand design capabilities. Present a comprehensive review of project successes and areas for improvement, aiming to define next year\'s objectives.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Degree or certification in Interior Design required.
• Proven proficiency in digital design tools and platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of interior design skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with strict deadlines.
