Job overview The role involves reaching out to clients, sales reps, and customers by phone, email, or ticketing system to gather information. It helps understand customer needs, develop content ideas, and provide details for creative teams, while also addressing client issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or two years related experience Minimum 1 year solid experience in a BPO setting. Excellent customer service and support skills Strong written and oral communication with strong grammar skills Basic to Intermediate skill / knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and other Graphical Designing tools. Willing to work on a night shift schedule and has a reliable internet connection for remote work set up.
