Setup: Full-time | Hybrid for Bacolod-based candidates | Open to candidates across the Philippines (Remote) | Employer of Record (EOR) as applicable

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you\'ll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: The company is dedicated to the delivery of specialised equipment and business finance solutions Australia-wide.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Broker Support Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative and data entry support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and assisting brokers with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude that fits well within our team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to mortgage and loan processing.
  • Accurately input and manage client and loan application data.
  • Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to obtain and verify necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records within the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and agreements.
  • Perform compliance checks and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general support to brokers, including calendar management and email correspondence.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in broker support, mortgage processing, or financial services is required. Preferably based in Bacolod who are comfortable with the hybrid arrangement.
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to new processes and challenges.
