Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work® certification in Philippines says it all What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting qualified talents to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients. They handle level 3 associates and specialized profiles. This may include screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screens, administering TTEC-approved assessments, scheduling onsite/virtual interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, making offers, and completing the onboarding process for each hire. You will also implement sourcing tactics and often represent TTEC at job fairs and other community events. While they function as part of the Talent Acquisition team, they are responsible for aggressive individual recruiting goals which are monitored constantly. You must be able to quickly adapt plans and shift directions to meet changing client requirements. This is a challenging position that is suited for a high-energy individual who must be able to meet aggressive goals and timelines. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives. During a Typical Day, You’ll Assist with Taleo data entry (assessment scores, decline candidates, send assessment emails and other correspondence). Prepare recruitment weekly/monthly reports. Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each client. Understand the requirements for each client while strictly adhering to TTEC’s hiring policies. Ensure that the candidate meets all legal requirements, participates in all required assessments, and that all information is accurately documented within Taleo and in paper or digital files when appropriate. Responsible for high-volume hiring needs often requiring screening, interviewing, and processing of hundreds of candidates each week. This requires tremendous focus, organization, and efficiency. What You Bring To The Role Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience Attention to detail, with customer service skills and great interpersonal skills with candidates Creative thinking and innovation - constantly looking for opportunities to improve the current process and communicate their ideas to their TA Manager regularly. Influence & Persuasion - responsible for encouraging employees to recommend friends and colleagues for positions at TTEC. Friendly, helpful, positive demeanor, respectful, communication - Ensures a positive experience for every candidate. Maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude toward all candidates – even those that will not be offered a position at TeleTech. High level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through.
