We’re now looking for a Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of client projects—from kickoff through launch. You’ll be the link between clients, our internal development team, and our process engineering team. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast‑paced environments, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from discovery to delivery of software and system implementation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—managing timelines, expectations, and updates. Coordinate tasks and priorities with internal teams (devs, automation specialists, and process engineers). Break down client requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables. Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope. Lead weekly syncs (or async updates), and generate clear status reports. Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow standardization. Qualifications 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, startup, or systems‑focused environment. General understanding of how dev teams work to improve collaboration and planning accuracy. Familiarity with managing sprints, backlogs, and ceremonies. Familiarity with any of the following IT disciplines:DevOps Practices, Data Management / Analytics, Software Development Principles, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Cloud Computing, Scrum and Agile Methodologies. Clear and confident communication skills with clients and internal teams. Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and excellent at follow‑through. Comfortable working with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar project management systems, BI, dashboards, or process optimization. Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure or SaaS platforms (Azure, AWS, GitHub, API, Webhooks). Thrive in a startup, async‑first environment and take initiative without constant direction. Thrive in startup environments where priorities shift and speed matters. Plus factor if you: Have experience working with developers or technical teams. Understand system automation platforms like GoHighLevel, Podio, or Zapier. Have worked with documentation tools like Notion, Loom, or Google Workspace. Can facilitate effective async communication across time zones.
