We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill following Position: Responsibilities Supervise end-to-end recruitment and selection to meet workforce needs on time. Plan and oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Manage general affairs activities to support smooth business operations. Ensure compensation & benefits (Comben) programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with company policy. Partner with department heads to provide HR solutions aligned with business strategy. Monitor HR metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Drive employee engagement and support organizational effectiveness initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology or related field, with at least 2 years of HRBP experience in Dump Truck industries. Solid understanding of core HR functions, with proven minimum 2 years of experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
