Duties & Responsibilities Design implement and administer the Company’s reward and benefits program to promote internal equity, external competitiveness and employee engagement. Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Analysis and development of reward and recognition program Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees by researching benefits issues. Manages entity, Regional and government reporting. Design attractive retention program. Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conference with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintain historical human resource records by designing filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Administers of company and statutory benefits. Assist the department head in preparing the merit increase and bonus recommendation for approval of the CEO. Develop program to reward performance. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs along with the training lead. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Skills Required Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Detail orientation and problem solving skills Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook Extensive knowledge of HRIS system Meticulous and detail oriented Take active role in strengthening employee engagement Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate individuals Ability to think strategically and creatively Team Player and Pro active. Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment while maintaining professionalism Demonstrate managerial courage to make timely decisions (with potentially limited information) Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course. Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards. Motivated by challenging and thought provoking work with a strong desire to learn and progress. Take initiative and think independently, effectively prioritize tasks, ensure deadlines are consistently met.
