This is a work-from-home opportunity Responsibilities Gather, interpret, and evaluate project requirements and business needs in collaboration with project managers and owners. Conduct research, engage in outside-the-box thinking and provide direction for visual and conceptual inspirations for the project. Execute visual design stages the UX designer provides from concept to final hand-off to developers. Design high-fidelity website and mobile mockups and mobile app mockups that follow best practices and design standards. Coordinate with Web Developers, Content Managers, and Project Managers Create clickable prototypes that best illustrate the functionality, features, and usability of a website or a mobile app. Maintain a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. Present and explain finalized ideas and concepts to clients or project managers. Keep abreast of the latest and emerging software, technologies, techniques, and other trends in the tech and design industry that may be beneficial to the company Experience Must be well-familiar and experienced in designing web and mobile UI 3+ years working as a UI Designer Must have experience in Agile software development and familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence Skills Required Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD and must Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a bonus Must be at least familiar with Material Design; familiarization with Human Interface Design and Fluent Design user interfaces is a plus.
