Motion Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to turn ideas into visually engaging motion assets. You’ll design and animate clean, brand-aligned visuals that help tell stories across digital platforms — balancing strong 2D motion design with light 3D capabilities when needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving creative environments, has a strong sense of visual rhythm, and knows how to translate concepts into purposeful, polished animation. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with a design-forward team creating high-impact visuals Opportunities to grow your skillset across product, marketing, and branded content What You’ll Work On Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics for marketing, product, and storytelling initiatives Create elements such as kinetic typography, lower thirds, transitions, scene builds, and explainer visuals Support select projects with light 3D animation, visual effects, or compositing (using tools like Blender or Cinema 4D) Translate static designs into motion-ready assets that enhance storytelling and user engagement Contribute to brand consistency and evolution through motion design systems Workflow & Collaboration Keep project files organized with proper naming conventions and export pipelines Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams across creative campaigns Manage feedback cycles efficiently and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines Maintain strong communication and attention to detail throughout production What You Bring 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia production Expertise in 2D animation, layout, typography, and visual timing Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro Experience with basic 3D workflows (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) Strong design eye and understanding of brand consistency and hierarchy Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setup Comfortable iterating quickly and managing multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have Experience creating product explainers, branded content, or UI walkthroughs Familiarity with Frame.io, Notion, or Figma for review and collaboration Interest in sound design, rhythm, or music syncing for enhanced storytelling Awareness of emerging motion and animation trends How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short (1–2 minute) Loom video introducing yourself and your motion design experience A portfolio or showreel with at least two examples of animated work (2D required; 3D preferred ) Only applicants who submit both a Loom video and portfolio will be considered.
