JOB SUMMARY The QA/QC Head Engineer is responsible for ensuring that engineering and construction activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections and tests, reviewing project specifications, and preparing quality documentation. The QA/QC Engineer works closely with project teams to identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and maintain consistent quality throughout all project phases. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement QA/QC procedures inspection and test plans and checklist. Conduct material inspections and ensure compliance with specifications. Monitor and audit construction or production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions. Maintain records of quality inspections, tests, and reports. Coordinate with third‑party inspectors and regulatory bodies as required. Support project teams with technical guidance related to quality requirements. Review project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure proper execution. Prepare and submit QA/QC reports and quality documentation for handover. Assist in internal and external audits and ensure non‑conformance reports are addressed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, etc.) or related field. Proven experience in QA/QC roles within construction and etc. Knowledge of ISO standards. Minimum of 5‑year experience. Familiarity with project specifications, codes, and international standards. Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills. Certification in quality is an advantage. WHY JOIN US?
