- Configure and customize FreshSales CRM to match company workflows.
- Build pipelines, automations, templates, and activity tracking across teams.
- Design dashboards and reporting for sales and conversion metrics.
- Engineer and maintain the full sales and client success journey with automation and data triggers.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as trial-to-subscription rate, onboarding time, and engagement.
- Audit performance, manage roles/permissions, and ensure data integrity.
- Create automation tools, templates, and SOPs for Sales and Client Success.
- Maintain clear documentation for onboarding, adoption, and scalability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Development to align workflows and build automation.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
- Proficiency with FreshSales CRM , Zapier , Calendly , Google Suite , Slack , Lucid , and ideally Figma .
- Full sales and success journey mapped with swim lane diagrams and optimized for conversion.
- 70%+ of leads/sign-ups converted into active subscribers.
- Teams trained and confident, supported by SOPs and guides.
- Secure, scalable, and documented CRM/helpdesk infrastructure with stable performance.
