Job Description:

The Finance Senior Associate is responsible for executing core accounting functions for Ayala Land and its subsidiaries . This includes ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of various financial operations and maintaining alignment with the company’s financial reporting standards. This role is critical to the team’s daily operations, particularly in the areas of data analysis, report generation, project monitoring and coordination with other departments and other business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate GAE (General Administrative Expenses) and CAPEX reports for management review
  • Upload GAE budget data into the SAP system and ensure accurate system records
  • Handle monthly payment processing through SAP in a timely and compliant manner
  • Prepare and update Management Information System (MIS) reports and monthly forecasts
  • Respond to various stakeholder and stockholder requests with accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective in public and customer relations —professional, approachable, and service-oriented
  • Proficient in basic computer applications , particularly Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint , Word , and PDF tools
  • Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
  • CPA license is a plus but not required
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
