Responsibility:
- Furthering the IC policy by educating the employees.
- Collection of surveillance data.
- Reports all immediate Notifiable Disease within 24 hrs to City Health Office.
- Organizes data collection and gathers epidemiological data for documentation purposes.
- Represent the hospital to the DOH and City Health Office in regards of surveillance and outbreaks (if any) in the hospital.
- Conduct rounds to ER, Wards and special areas for collection of notifiable diseases.
