A well-known FMCG company is looking for a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in the Philippines.
About the Role
You will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing activities across the total product portfolio. This role is crucial in driving market growth through effective local activations and ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Execute local market activations to drive brand and market growth across categories
- Assist in developing and localizing brand communication strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated business planning and project timelines
- Lead creation and implementation of marketing activation plans
- Manage partnerships with local agencies for social media, content creation, and eCommerce integration
- Represent the market for category/cluster activities and new product innovations
- Analyze market data to support brand strategy and performance reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing digital and on-ground marketing activations at scale
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog
- Strong project and timeline management experience
