About the job: Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Cebu | Onsite Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Cebu City) Shift: No Fixed Schedule Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services. Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages. Assist customers in making reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
