Head of Talent Acquisition | Recruiting, Technical Recruiting JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday AMS Analyst with hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and Recruitment modules. The ideal candidate will be part of our Application Management Services (AMS) team, providing ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for Workday systems. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are passionate about long‑term support work rather than project‑based roles. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day‑to‑day support for Workday HCM and Recruitment modules. Analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Workday. Perform configuration updates, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to improve system performance and user experience. Participate in scheduled system releases and enhancements. Maintain system integrity and data quality. Generate reports and dashboards as requested by the business. JOB QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with Workday, specifically in HCM and Recruitment. Prior experience in an AMS (Application Management Services) or post‑implementation support role preferred. Workday Certification in HCM and/or Recruiting is a plus. Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, or Composite Reports). Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills. SOFT SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Adaptable and flexible Organized and keen to details. Can work well within a team. Has the initiative and self‑drive Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
