As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Monster Group, you will play a key role in shaping our team by finding and selecting top talent for our company. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and analyzing hiring trends to ensure we are attracting the best people. Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted presence in the office—someone applicants respect and employees turn to for guidance on the hiring process.
Success in this role comes from continuous learning, clear communication, and a strong understanding of what makes a great team member. You will track hiring trends, refine your interview techniques, and work closely with leadership to improve our recruitment strategy.

After a period of rapid growth, we have now diversified into both the solar and telco markets, providing solutions to households and businesses. We've been operating in Bacolod for over three years, and our company has continuously grown and developed. Our team members who have stayed with us through this journey have also grown in their careers. As we continue expanding, we are now looking for more talented individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities- Conduct first-round interviews and assess cultural fit
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (candidate quality, show rates, ad performance, etc.)
- Maintain daily reports on applicant flow and hiring trends
- Assist in improving recruitment processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science , or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent recruitment reporting skills
- Organized and data-driven approach to recruitment
- Familiarity with online job platforms (Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
- Ability to assess candidates based on values and soft skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a track record of reaching and exceeding targets
- Ability to work in our Bacolod office
PHP 25,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives
