Talent Acquisition Associate (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Clark, Tarlac, Cebu, Mandaluyong

Shift: 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri

Arrangement: Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team. This role will support senior recruiters in managing the end-to-end recruitment process by handling candidate sourcing, phone screenings, and various administrative and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters in executing day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the recruitment team with background checks, reference verifications, and document collection.
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
