Strongunderstanding of costing, profitability analysis, andperformance management concepts. Hands-onexperience in PaPM modeling, including function types, datasources, and result views. Familiaritywith SAP HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and performanceoptimization. Experiencein at least one full-cycle PaPM implementation. Responsibilities: Leadthe design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PaPMmodels for profitability analysis, cost allocations, and performancemanagement. Collaboratewith finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements andtranslate them into PaPM logic and functions. Developand maintain PaPM functions such as allocations,calculations, aggregations, and data transformations. IntegratePaPM with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external data sources. Support testing,validation, and performance tuning of models. Createand maintain technical documentation, user guides, and trainingmaterials. Provide post-go-livesupport and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Skills: SAP certificationin PaPM or related modules (e.g., CO, BW/4HANA). Exposureto financial planning, driver-based modeling, or regulatoryreporting. Knowledgeof SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Group Reporting isa plus. SoftSkills: Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Abilityto work independently and manage multiple priorities.
