Job Purpose:

The performance controlling analyst plays a crucial role in driving the cash up process, ensuring S&OP data accuracy and integrity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-market teams and contribute to the company’s growth in diverse markets. Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Up: Conduct cash up of E2E P&L from topline to operation profit, as well as cash forecast.
  2. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on market performance metrics and forecast.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with market and BU finance teams to support business objectives.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  5. Data Management: Maintain and update market data and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Several years of experience in market analysis or a related field.
  3. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) are a plus.

Key Skills:

  1. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with market analysis tools and technology, including Excel and SQL.
  2. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex market data and provide actionable insights.
  3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present market information.
  4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in market reporting and analysis.
