Nezda is currently looking for an Associate System Administrator to join our internal IT team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Qualifications
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of BS Information Technology and alike courses is required
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably residing within Metro Manila (or nearby provinces)
  • Willing to work onsite
Job Description
  • Ensure work stations are running and in top performance
  • Take care of IT accessories like printers, scanners, Cisco phone, UPS
  • Resolve user queries & issues thru phone or remote desktop
  • Allocate desk and work tools for new joiners
  • Install new software / file sets, packages and other third party applications when required by business
  • Install or troubleshoot operating system when required
  • Troubleshoot system and network related problems
  • Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with server & network team to resolve any server & network issues
  • Coordinate with service provider to ensure link stability
  • Coordinate with procurement team for any new hardware needs for business
  • User account management in AD
  • Maintaining inventory report
Day to Day Activities
  • Close the cares ticket assigned to me with proper resolution
  • Monitoring server connectivity and network connectivity
  • Resolving user’s issues on timely basis thru phone or remote
  • Maintaining office IT assets in working condition such as laptops, printer, scanner, workstations, and conference room checklist
  • Server and network room checklist
  • New joiner’s system & phone allocation & outlook configuration
  • Update & maintain daily asset inventory
