Overview This Manager of Global Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight position reports directly to the AVP Operational Resilience Oversight . This role is part of the second line of defense independent oversight function and partners with the first line of defense businesses to ensure that the business continuity management framework and controls are integrated with and strengthen the organization’s operational resilience, while addressing standard and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the development of the Operational Resilience methodology and other risk domains that are part of Resilience Risk, including Business Continuity, Third Party, Incident and Crisis, and Disaster Recovery. Collaborate with stakeholders and lead engagement sessions to gather feedback, comments, and challenges, and provide a comprehensive tracking mechanism to manage change. Provide oversight for resilience risk metrics, identify potential breaches, and recommend actions. Develop training materials and facilitate trainings as necessary. Promote a strong risk culture and oversee relevant risk culture assessment processes. Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, with strong experience and a well-understood connection with Crisis Management, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, and Third Party Risk Management. Strong knowledge of operational processes, risks, and controls. Broad knowledge of financial services/insurance business and related products. High proficiency in MS Office products and data analytics tools is a plus. Amenable to work only on mid shifts and night shifts.
