Position The Position: The Senior IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role ensures reliable technology operations, provides advanced technical support, manages IT projects, and contributes to the strategic planning of technology initiatives to support business objectives. The Senior IT Specialist also oversees compliance with industry and client standards, ensuring minimal downtime of production systems. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize servers, networks, storage, VoIP, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud). Ensure high availability, security, and compliance. Provide Tier 3 support, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime. Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, deployments, and site expansions. Conduct performance monitoring, audits, patching, and vulnerability assessments to strengthen security. Manage IT assets, vendor relationships, and cost-effective technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and telecom providers to align IT with business needs. Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. At least 2 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior or lead technical role. Proficiency in the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, such as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure. High attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive mindset. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
