What you will be doing Unlock what’s possible. We are seeking a Senior Developer (actually a Functional Consultant) to join our team to help propel our customers’ digital transformation journeys with human‑centered design thinking and consultation. Responsibilities Report to Managing Consultant. Assist in preparing for requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes/actions. Comply with design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates. Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level. Participate in DXC added value activities outside of core work. Identify and raise potential risks. Assist in creation and interpretation of Process Maps. Configure Salesforce components as documented. Manage execution of business process improvements. Analyze and design business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation. Develop graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision‑making. Assess feasibility and recommend alternatives. Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation for medium‑size, complex initiatives. Stakeholder relationship management. Software configuration. Mandatory skills Experience in business process improvement, design and analysis. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good communication and stakeholder management.
