My Destination Tours and Travel is seeking a Sales Travel Agent who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and ready to take on the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a sales position where your performance directly drives your success in a sales-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Proactively sell and upsell travel packages, tours, flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Handle bookings and reservations with precision and professionalism
  • Manage client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay informed on market trends, promotions, and competitor offerings to maximize sales opportunities
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven ability to close sales and work in a target-driven role
  • Strong background in reservations, travel arrangements, and customer service
  • Excellent persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure while handling multiple clients
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to exceed expectations
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends is an advantage
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or any sales-focused industry is strongly preferred
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
