Job Description Senior Service Delivery Consultants form part of our SaaS Operations team, delivering services to clients and supporting the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and all aspects of service delivery around the platform. In this key role you will work in an APAC/EMEA shift to provide support & solutions, overcome issues encountered by customers and optimise system usage. The position is based in Manila and requires weekdays, weekends, public holidays and occasional extended hours. What You Will Be Responsible For Provide L1‑L3 support, resolving problems and issues in SimCorp Dimension applications and system operations to deliver timely and convincing solutions. Maintain and enhance application configuration, and perform daily operations including monitoring and troubleshooting. Act as the key contact for clients regarding production support and develop strong client relationships. What We Value • A Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics. • Minimum 10 years’ experience within asset‑management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management or custodian environments. • Experience with SimCorp Dimension or front‑to‑back office system operations. • Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues—both theoretical and practical. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. • Service‑mindful, motivated in problem solving, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a time‑sensitive setting. • Comprehensive client communication and presentation skills, including listening, and fluency in English (spoken & written). Other Requirements • EMEA shift hours (may change depending on business needs). • Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office).
