Job Description

What You’ll Do
  • Drive performance and elevate service delivery to meet client and customer expectations
  • Develop effective strategies through data insights and operational expertise
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep pace with updates and initiatives
  • Lead and inspire teams through structured coaching, training, and development
  • Champion compliance and operational excellence across all touchpoints
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
  • 6+ years of experience in BPO/Tech Sales, including 2-3 years in leadership roles
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules
Additional Information

Internal Qualifications:

  • Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
  • Tenure of at least 18 months
  • No Active DA
  • With proven Tech Sales Leadership Experience
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark
