Trade Operations Manager – APAC

This role involves developing expertise in market products, automation technologies, and change management, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily trading operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades and resolving discrepancies. Monitor and reconcile trading accounts while implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Maintain knowledge of market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements, delivering excellent service to internal and external clients. Prepare and analyze trading reports for management, contribute to strategic discussions, and handle ad-hoc projects. Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement. Proven experience in Securities trading, middle office/settlements, or financial services, with strong knowledge of trading systems, financial markets (Equities, Fixed Income, FX), and industry practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), trading platforms, and digital tools; experience leveraging AI/ML and innovative technologies is a plus.
