Are you an experienced EA with strong financial administration skills? We’re hiring an Executive Assistant who can balance high-level admin support with hands-on financial management using Xero.
The Opportunity at a Glance: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a Director at an Australian accounting firm. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup. To be successful, you must have prior experience in financial administration, proven Xero proficiency, and a background supporting clients or executives in the Australian market.
Salary information: The starting salary for this role is Php 50,000 gross monthly.

Responsibilities- Provide executive support including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and email correspondence
- Handle financial administration tasks such as AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment tracking in Xero
- Assist with preparing financial summaries, cash flow tracking, and compliance-related activities
- Navigate the ATO portal for basic compliance requirements and record-keeping
- Prepare and edit documents, proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and client use
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain well-structured digital filing systems
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, supporting professional communication and follow-ups
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role within the financial services or accounting industry in Australia
- Are highly proficient in Xero with a strong understanding of Australian accounting standards (non-negotiable)
- Possess excellent financial administration skills, particularly in AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting
- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Are proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Prior experience liaising directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with additional accounting software or CRM tools
- A calm, professional approach to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset and willingness to expand responsibilities as the business grows
- Php 50,000 gross monthly salary
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday (6am to 3pm PH Time)
- Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
