The Customer Service Representative II (Print Ads/Graphic Design) provides product and service information, processes orders, and resolves customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Perform basic to advanced customer service duties, including product inquiry, billing support, cancellations, and refunds. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Empathize with customers and prioritize their needs. Lead customers to resolutions with clear post-contact instructions or self-help tools. Take ownership of challenging issues and escalate when necessary. Follow recommended steps for consistent resolution of customer concerns. Document activities in systems and tools as directed. Respond to consumer inquiries about print ads/graphic design products such as streamers, posters, and Sintra. Provide timely and accurate product and service information. Handle complaints and escalate quality issues internally. Process product replacements and returns. Maintain professional and courteous communication with consumers. Capture and log relevant consumer interaction information in Salesforce. Obtain product mastery to respond promptly and accurately. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and provide feedback on customer service processes. Perform other duties as assigned. About You The company is looking for: Graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree. Undergraduates are welcome to apply. 1-2+ years of customer service experience with voice calls preferred. Track record of over-achieving quota. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English with no heavy accent. Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with CRM practices. Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different customer types. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Background in print ads/graphic design products (streamers, posters, Sintra, etc.).
