About the role FERNA CORPORATION' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team based in Navotas City, Metro Manila. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. What you'll be doing Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and controls Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff Contribute to the implementation of new accounting systems and technologies What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification (preferably but not required) Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a financial accounting environment Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals ABOUT US Ferna Corporation has all the ingredients of a certified food ingredients specialist.
