Why this role exists
This position is crucial for managing and optimizing high-value Google Ads accounts across multiple clients, with monthly spending ranging from $10K to $100K. The role ensures systematic campaign optimization through structured processes while maintaining high-performance standards and delivering measurable results for clients' digital advertising investments.


The Impact you’ll make

Account Management

  • Manage multiple Google Ads accounts

Performance Optimization

  • Follow structured optimization checklists
  • Perform regular account audits

Data Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Track and monitor KPIs
  • Identify performance trends
  • Generate actionable insights

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare performance reports
  • Document optimization activities
  • Track campaign changes
  • Maintain process documentation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of Google Ads management experience
  • Proven track record managing $10K+ monthly ad spend accounts
  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting
  • Experience with structured optimization processes
  • History of achieving measurable campaign improvements
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
  • 40 hours per week

Compensation:

  • $5 per hour
