Responsibilities Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process to position Jacobs to win world-defining projects. Focus on the quality and presentation of each submission; manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Develop account plans, pursuit plans, bid strategy and structure, and craft messaging and presentation materials. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Client Account Managers and the Operations team to undertake market research and develop winning value propositions and submissions. Lead and coordinate the bid process for specific complex proposals, client accounts or new services, and support the Regional Sales Operations Director and Team Leaders. Contribute to an inclusive culture that values diversity of thought and Jacobs's Culture of Caring; bring ideas to market with good judgment on which ideas to pursue. Organize, direct, and motivate multi-discipline opportunity teams to develop sales deliverables for specific proposals and grow the business. Qualifications & Skills Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or related discipline; significant relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to connect ideas and generate insightful recommendations. Ability to facilitate teams in developing client-centric solutions in all submissions and deliverables. Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to sales messaging, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content; ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Excellent English verbal and written professional communication skills.
