Handle inbound calls from runners needing assistance with job‑related issues, app navigation, or procedural clarifications. Respond to comments or queries via the support section or chat channels promptly and professionally. Log, track, and resolve issues raised by runners during live runs, escalating when necessary. Coordinate with internal teams such as Dispatch and Customer Support to ensure runner concerns are addressed quickly. Assist runners with troubleshooting delivery issues, delays, or updates related to job assignments. Monitor communications and provide clear, supportive guidance. Record key notes, interactions, and resolutions in the system for tracking and performance purposes. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the runner experience and internal workflows. Qualifications Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, inbound support, or logistics‑related roles. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during peak communication periods. Clear and patient explanation of processes to users of varying technical understanding. Professionalism and problem‑solving under pressure. Friendly, solution‑oriented mindset when dealing with customers and colleagues. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential if supported by relevant work experience.
