What is this role about?

The role is responsible for leading the framework development regarding retail pricing, franchise marketing operations, retail network assessment, and retail solutions projects. It will oversee the operations of four teams: Retail Pricing, Franchise Marketing, Retail Network Assessment, and Enterprise Marketing.

As the Senior Manager of the Retail Marketing and Pricing sector of the Enterprise Marketing and Pricing (EMP) Department, you will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure clear and effective communication. Your focus will be on monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of pricing, lease offers, franchise packages, and retail solution project outputs.

What will YOU do?

  • Develop and oversee new strategies and frameworks to ensure the best product value is offered in the market;
  • Gather market intelligence from frontline teams such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to stay informed of current market conditions;
  • Lead team development initiatives to promote sustainable management and growth of team members;
  • Manage stakeholder relationships for better communication and coordination with other departments supported by EMP - RNAMP;
  • Participate in all steps of the retail value chain, including site selection, franchise packaging, station pricing operations, and retail innovation projects;
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

What will YOU need?

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field is generally required;
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, pricing, business development, or related roles.
