We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of compliance to champion documentation and compliance. Proficient in writing standard operating procedures for new processes and procedure documents. Creating User manuals, Release notes, Installation guides, Presentations, Cheat-sheets and How-Tos Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes and the content requirements Coordination with design team for photography of parts/processes for documentation and manual writing as necessary. Developing high impact communication collaterals for internal audience Write easy-to-understand user interface text, create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Review and update the existing content Enforce compliance by monitoring all appropriate areas Any other relevant work that may be assigned Quality – “the service and experience” The entire premise of our company is that we achieve an unexpectedly high level of quality, transacted in a surprisingly simple process. Should possess excellent written communication skills with proficiency in composition, proofreading, and grammar. Proven working experience in technical writing of documentation Ability to transform information and processes into compelling stories Should be able to write grammatically correct and meaningful content Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Strong Research Skills Staying Up-to-Date with Industry trends Must be familiar with, and adept to using technology. Familiar with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile, utilising native Apple software – Pages(Word Processor), Numbers(Spreadsheet), Remuneration Salary: PHP 420,000 – 540,000 per annum End-of-year paid time-off: 2 weeks End-of-year bonus: Equivalent to 15 days’ salary High-speed internet allowance Key Relationships Leadership & Management You will be supported in this role and its responsibilities.
