About The Team

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join the ShopeePay Operations team. In this role, you will ensure that all ShopeePay financial transactions are reconciled in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Reconciliation Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all financial transactions within the e-wallet platform, verifying consistency with relevant financial records and systems.
  • Compliance with SOPs: Monitor adherence to established SOPs during reconciliation, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Audit and Quality Checks: Conduct audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies, maintaining operational integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Finance Operations team to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on reconciliation activities, highlight concerns, and propose solutions. Present findings to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Product, Finance, Tax, Automation) to resolve issues impacting reconciliation and financial operations.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training on reconciliation procedures, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks related to transaction errors or compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and internal controls by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements.
Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Finance Operations within e-wallet, fintech, or financial services.

Skills: Expertise in SOP compliance, excellent communication skills, precision in financial discrepancies, knowledge of financial transaction systems and tools.

Certifications (Preferred): Finance-related (e.g., CFA, CPA), quality management or auditing (e.g., ISO 9001).
