Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and ongoing real estate projects. Design marketing funnels optimized for real estate buyer journey. Key Qualifications 12+ years of progressive marketing experience with 5 years in leadership roles guiding cross-functional teams. Strong track record managing multi-channel campaigns that drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Expertise in digital and performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social, automation, analytics). Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Skilled in budget planning, ROI optimization, and vendor management. Advanced proficiency with marketing and analytics tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
