Job Summary The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand growth, increase market visibility, and support business goals. This role leads the Marketing and Creative teams, oversees all marketing activities and campaigns, and ensures cohesive and engaging brand communication across digital and traditional platforms. The Marketing Head collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Management to drive performance, innovation, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and achieve company objectives. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and creative departments, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Brand Development: Establish and maintain strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials, campaigns, and communication channels. Campaign Oversight: Plan, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, events, advertising, and promotions. Creative Direction: Supervise the development and approval of creative content such as graphics, videos, marketing collaterals, and social media outputs. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market behavior, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Events, and other business units to align marketing initiatives and support revenue-generating activities. Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, tools, and marketing platforms that enhance brand visibility and business impact.
