Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Operations Specialist role at BruntWork. This leader will combine Chief-of-Staff strategy with Operations rigor, architect the operating system for the studio, create clarity and cadence around decision-making, and ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. The ideal candidate is an equal blend of strategic partner and organizational architect, raising the bar for how information flows, how teams align, and how clients experience the company’s standard of excellence. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 9, the equivalent in your local currency Schedule: Monday to Friday PST — Flexible during client’s business hours (with a one-hour unpaid break) Work Arrangement: Work from home Note: This is a permanent work-from-home position with an independent contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Benefits and taxes are the candidate’s responsibility. The professional fee is hourly and may depend on performance in the application process. Requirements 6–10 years of experience in operations or program management supporting senior executives (ideally in events, production, hospitality, agency, or luxury sectors) Exceptional communication skills — concise briefs, clear writing, and strong stakeholder alignment Financial fluency: ability to manage budgets, invoices, AR/AP, and interpret P&L statements Composed under pressure; solution-oriented; high ownership and standards; impeccable taste Tools You Know Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) Asana or Airtable HoneyBook (or similar) E-signature tools Zapier or Make Bonus: QuickBooks, light contract redlines, Figma, or InDesign What Success Looks Like Proactive updates, clean handoffs, fewer fire drills, measurable efficiency gains, and portfolio-worthy delivery—every time.
