Account Director

Independently able to drive smart thinking and sound decisions. Thoroughly check the work of subordinates and give clear, actionable feedback. Actively address concerns raised by the team and concretely create solutions. Give prompt feedback when needed, and receive feedback gracefully. Present for the team when needed, always having the team's back. Project Management Ensure the timely and successful implementation of the company’s projects and accounts. Monitor project deliverables and timelines, ensuring they are delivered on time, and update the client accordingly in case of any unavoidable delays. Provide guidance, troubleshoot, and initiate solutions for major project challenges. Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and help procure necessary budget as needed. Client Servicing and Stakeholder Management Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients. Identify, understand, and define the client’s objectives and needs, translating these into a proper brief for internal cascade. Ensure timely and accurate creation of cost estimates. Monitor and ensure the welfare and health of accounts. Ensure swift response to internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Key Account Leadership Oversee the consultation and execution of creative and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule. Monitor and maintain the welfare and health of accounts while driving growth in existing and new business opportunities. Engage clients with an unparalleled understanding of what they need and where they can take their brands and business. Collaborate with internal members as needed to ensure holistic and timely execution of projects. Ensure timely creation of billing and collection processing for finance and address any concerns that may arise. General Management Work closely with internal teams and upper management to ensure all projects run smoothly and brand relationships are properly managed. Monitor and actively manage the team’s workload. Continuously elevate the standard and quality of service provided to the clients. Manage internal team administration, including employee requests, recruitment, and career development planning. Requirements At least 8 years of experience in any related field. Ready to take on award‑winning breakthrough projects. Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills. Experience leading and developing top‑performing teams. Open to working onsite if needed, but otherwise flexible to work from anywhere.
