About the Role

Assists the Project Manager. Manages total site construction on a day-to-day basis, coordinate with all contractors and suppliers, responsible for project completion within approved schedule, resources and workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Technology (must be a chartered or licensed Engineer)
  • 10 years relevant experience in construction and property development/real estate, and 8 years in a Management role.
  • Professional, Ethics, Understanding of brand image and standards, Local Building Code and related laws
