Your responsibilities Creates conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Projects’ business requirements Understands and translates business requirements into ERP solutions Configures ERP applications to meet business requirements Conducts/facilitates testing activities Conducts/facilitates training Prepares required documentation Supports cut-over activities Performs post-implementation support. Follows and improves delivery and operation support methodologyEnsures compliance with PLDT Group standards.
