Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Specialist to support our S/4 HANA implementation, focusing on FICO configuration, training, and data migration in collaboration with third-party vendors. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Specialist to support our S/4 HANA implementation, focusing on FICO configuration, training, and data migration in collaboration with third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities Assist in the S/4 HANA implementation process, specifically in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules. Support data migration and initial data transfer tasks. Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met. Provide training and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders and end-users. Technical and Functional Skills Over 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP, particularly in FICO configuration and data migration. Demonstrated experience in implementing S/4 HANA projects. Preferably with experience in ABAP/Debugging and Initial Data Transfer for S/4 HANA. Familiarity with handling local requirements for overseas operations using SAP standards is a plus. Soft Skills Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Japanese is a plus. Experience working in a multicultural environment, with an ability to adapt to diverse working styles. Ability to manage the demands and stress associated with project implementation, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Work Condition Hybrid work setup with flexible working hours, based on the needs of the implementation countries. Occasional business trips may be required.
