We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who lives and breathes social-first storytelling, thrives in a high-growth environment, and knows how to turn performance data into scroll-stopping creative that converts.

Responsibilities:

• Edit a wide range of performance-driven video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and occasional high-visibility campaigns.
• Work across vertical short-form ads and horizontal long-form pieces.
• Collaborate with our Creative Director and marketing team to concept, refine, and deliver assets optimized for engagement, click-through, and conversion.
• Incorporate performance feedback into rapid creative iterations.
• Elevate raw footage with expert color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to match the Eskiin brand aesthetic.

Requirements

We're not looking for someone who just edits videos—we're looking for a performance-minded creative partner. You should be able to take a general concept plus a dump of raw b-roll files and turn it into strong, fast-paced, high-performing direct response ads without needing a detailed shot-by-shot brief. You should have a deep understanding of direct response creative, performance marketing, and e-commerce ads, and be able to:

• Self-start and take a concept from idea to final export with minimal hand-holding.
• Confidently choose the right clips, music, sound effects, captions, and pacing for maximum impact.
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience editing high-performing social ads (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; bonus points for DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, pacing, and storytelling styles.
• Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
