Your video content will be at the forefront of our brand\'s growth, delivering strong ROI in our advertising campaigns. Job Responsibilities Identify the most effective visual approaches for each script. Generate AI voiceovers to deliver scripts professionally. Continuously refine video strategy for improved results. Content Sourcing & Management Source high-quality b-roll and video clips from stock providers and online platforms. Utilize AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, Flux, etc.) to create custom b-roll and visual content. Maintain an organized library of video assets for efficient access by the entire team. Video Production & Editing Create complete video advertisements by combining selected clips, transitions, and effects that align with the script\'s intent. Produce multiple variations of video components (hooks, bodies, calls-to-action) to enable comprehensive testing. Develop both new videos and iterations of existing content to optimize performance. Performance Optimization Work closely with the advertising team to understand performance metrics and adjust video content accordingly. Create video variations specifically designed to overcome performance challenges. Maintain a testing mindset, always seeking ways to improve video effectiveness. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ad spend for your videos should meet targets each month to measure creative performance. There are 3–4 ad spend tiers each month, subject to business focus and strategy. Capacity contribution index and project completion rate are used to evaluate output. Targets: 85 minutes per month and 30 concepts per month, with weighted contributions as described. Minutes weight: 60% | target 85 mins / month Concepts weight: 40% | target 30 / month Example metrics illustrate contributor levels and interpretation (e.g., 71.177% = Low contributor). Note: This may change with business focus, strategy, and needs. Weekly Output Expectation 15 minutes worth of video scripts finished weekly, in various forms (new productions or iterations) to suit campaign needs. Examples include fifteen 1-minute ads with different messaging angles or a mix totaling 15 minutes of net new videos per week. Finished is defined as a video approved by the senior creative strategist or copywriter for launch as ads. Your videos should perform well in advertising, and the minutes are a minimum capacity requirement. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years in video editing and production, with experience in eCommerce or direct response advertising. Results Orientation: Proven ability to drive measurable business results through advertising performance. AI Proficiency: Experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, Flux, etc.) or strong willingness to learn quickly. Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar). Knowledge of formats, resolutions, and platform specifications. Portfolio: Impressive portfolio of successful video campaigns with demonstrated performance results. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into content strategies. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Self-Directed: Motivated, organized, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision. Bonus Skills: Experience in men\'s wellness/grooming or premium brands is a plus but not required. Salary: PHP 25,000 gross per month with increases based on KPIs. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses (up to PHP 20,000 per month to start) and incentives for hitting targets. Benefits: Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and paid leave entitlements upon regularization. Contract: Full-time employment following a 6-month probation, with regularization based on performance and KPIs focused on advertising performance. Work Setup Contract: Full-time position with a 6-month probation. Location: Fully remote. Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PHT (1-hour break). Equipment: Reliable internet and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work.
