Your role Daily Performance KPI management to include monitoring, analysis & troubleshooting of top worst cells (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G) Leads the regional performance insight through various parameters & features optimization Review, approve & validate endorsed optimization MOPs activities including post monitoring & validation of KPI performance trends Perform audit & review of RF parameters including neighbor definitions for new site & upgrade integration Perform SSO (Single Site Optimization) for newly integrated new sites under BAU scope including EWO and OWO projects SSV acceptance review & validation to ensure sites meet acceptance criteria and performance metrics within stipulated SLA Perform NCR-wide audit and alignment of parameter and feature baseline settings done monthly Support and perform new features POC and piloting which includes performance validation Support other various optimization initiatives such as Project Integra, FB/Ookla analytics, Benchmark performance improvements & Micro Market area optimization Coordinate with other key stakeholders - RRE, CEM & REPM to follow through on needed solutions that require capacity upgrades & new site nominations Training, development & rotations A challenging eight-week program that blends classroom learning with real-world application, it is a great opportunity for interns to work on meaningful projects that directly impact business results.
