In this role, you will collaborate with finance and operational teams to support and enhance financial data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and reliability for decision-making and performance evaluation Key responsibilities: Prepare data samples to support qualitative research and financial analysis. Identify, investigate, and help resolve data issues impacting financial metrics. Work closely with operational teams to validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across systems. Maintain documentation of recurring data issues and propose improvements to enhance data quality and reporting processes. What we expect from candidate: At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field (internships and academic projects are also considered). Proficiency in SQL for querying and preparing datasets. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Understanding of data quality issues and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into more advanced analytical responsibilities.
