Overview
The Customer Support Representative/Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements. This includes the implementation and training of LSTVI’s proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support. The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.

- Implement and train LSTVI’s proprietary software solutions, address client concerns, and provide after-sales technical support.
- Ensure client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management or any accounting-related course.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in software implementation, client support, or a similar role is a PLUS. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, remote access tools, and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel for on-site client training and support, if needed.
