Overview The Customer Support Representative/Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements. This includes the implementation and training of LSTVI’s proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support. The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management or any accounting-related course. A minimum of 1 year of experience in software implementation, client support, or a similar role is a PLUS. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is an advantage. Proficiency in using CRM systems, remote access tools, and support ticketing systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
