Digital Skills Training Specialist Join our team as a Digital Skills Training Specialist at TalentPop App. This position offers a chance to be part of a fast‑growing eCommerce ecosystem. Responsibilities Lead Onboarding Week, evaluating and certifying newly hired agents on core policies, systems, and eCommerce tools. Host training classes via Zoom, covering Email Marketing, SEO, Data Analytics, and advanced Customer Service strategies. Deliver ongoing training to current team members to sustain and elevate high‑demand digital skills. Conduct evaluations and performance assessments with Team Leads to drive continuous improvement of digital competency. Conduct one‑on‑one and group Zoom sessions focused on complex subjects such as eCommerce website tasks, Data Analytics/Reporting, and platform‑specific skills. Develop comprehensive training materials and training plans for tools and specialized topics relevant to agents’ digital roles. Qualifications 1–2 years of training experience. Experience in at least two of the following digital areas: SEO, Email Marketing, eCommerce Website tasks, and Data Analytics/Reporting. Knowledge of eCommerce industry essential. Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo mandatory; other email, eCommerce, and reporting tools welcome. Preferred: 1–2 years of virtual assistant experience. Experience with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong coaching, planning, and organizing skills. Excellent attention to detail. Self‑starter, motivational leader with high energy and strong engagement skills. Proficient in tools like Gmail and Slack. Internet Requirements DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet.
